Job Description:
  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Fax, scan and copy documents & maintain office filing and storage systems
  • Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
  • Retrieve information when requested
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources, Account executives.
  • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position preferable.
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
