We are looking for a female candiadte who is ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s /Masters degree in business, Commerce/Finance
- Foreign Qualified candidates will be preferred.
- Strong end to end ownsership alttiude from prospecting, demonstrations to closing.
- Communication written and verbal and negotiation skills
- High Volume cold calling, prospecting new business and making outbound calls.
- Time management and planning skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ensure accurate data entry for clientele on CRM.
