| Job Description: |
- Review Data extracts from the core banking systems
- Ability to analyze large data sheets by collecting and interpreting data
- Identify and remedy gaps in the data sheets
- Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
- Convert raw data into meaningful reports & reporting the results back to the relevant members of the businessWorking alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
- Figuring out how the actual work differs from established policy, procedures, and protocols
- Lead requirements gathering from key internal and external stakeholders to ensure their knowledge has as much depth and context as possible
- Developing and documenting business requirements, functional requirements, user cases, user stories, and process models
- Document processes to help refine the problem the project is trying to solve; documentation almost always involves diagrams modeling how work is done
- Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
