We are looking for the services of a "Customer Service & Documentation Executive"
Candidates near P.E.C.H.S/ Shahra e Faisal will be preferred
Job Description
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer support.
- Build proper logistics product knowledge to support the sales team.
- Coordinating with the internal department for the Execution of work.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Able to prioritize responsibilities and adhere to deadlines.
- To Prioritize work flow for shipment processing and execution.
- Controlling access to documents.
- Proofreading before finalization for Manifestation.
- Communicate with local and foreign partners.
- Checking and confirming Debit Notes.
- Compiling all documentary requirements of each shipment.
- Coordinating with Clearing agents, Shipping lines, Airline, Port Authorities, Transporters for Delivery Order, and Manifestation.
Job Specifications:
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service & Documentation Representative
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and planning skills
- Minimum Graduation
- Minimum has 2 years of experience in relevant field
