Job Description: |
- Handle customer queries regarding Information, Service Requests and Complaints via email and on helpline.
- Responsible for all data entry operations and content management on live website and mobile applications.
- Coordinate with development for bug fixing, and technical complaints related to live website and mobile application.
- To act as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for outgoing communication with customers for data collection and data verification purposes.
- Coordinating with the marketing department for designing and development of marketing content.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
