| Job Description: |
- Implement and update AML/KYC reports trend and trend analysis regarding unusual/suspicious transactions
- Identify and assess the AML risks associated with the financial business activities
- Liaise with relevant internal and external bodies, including SBP inspection teams, external auditors, and internal auditors
- Keep Track of and ensure timely submission of data/information/returns regarding AML/KYC to regulators and other agencies and verify on a test basis their accuracy, reporting exceptions to you
- Inspection to monitor day-to-day operations whether they are compliant or not with the bank and regulatory policies
- Responsible to report CTRs to Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU) on a regular basis
- Dealing with Law and Enforcement Agencies (LEA)
- The contact point between Audit and Compliance for follow-up audit and closure of open AML related observations
- Handling Complaints raised by SBP
- Due Diligence of Money Exchange Companies for International Remittance Business
- Provide training to staff with respect to Regulatory Compliance, FATCA, AML & KYC & other applicable laws, rules, and standards
- Due Diligence of Corporate Accounts prior to having any relationship in Core Banking and Branchless Banking
- Preparing, updating, and implementing compliance work programs with respect to AML and KYC Compliance.
