We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to perform a number of analysis and management tasks to provide the most accurate and relevant information to HOD.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Working with suppliers and distributors to negotiate prices and order large volumes
• Reviewing competitors, including pricing, profit, marketing, and other progress
• Direct interaction with customers for overall Product, packaging & execution details.
• Capable of executing all merchandising-related activities of given orders by the customer with complete follow up the order till the order execution.
• Arrangement of all necessary trims & packaging material Complete working with the planning dept. for Fabric management with Preparation of samples and their costing for approval by HOD.
• Coordination as well as follow-ups with production and fabric teams.
• Checking/follow-ups of delivery of fabric and trims and Following shipments.
• Reporting of current status of all orders to HOD.
• Collate/ communicate information relevant to the product with the customer.

• Strong time management abilities, including planning and prioritizing workloads
• Effective strategic planning, both for the short-term and long-term
• Thorough understanding of merchandising trends and industry best practices
• In-depth knowledge of industry-specific trends and issues
• Exceptional ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to managers, staff, and suppliers
• A proven track record of achieving excellent results with merchandising strategies and promotional activity
• MBA degree in Marketing/SCM or related field.
• A team player who should be able to work diligently bearing workplace pressures.
• Having experience in garments/hosiery Industry will be preferred
