Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE

To support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and frameworks that enhance employee relations, build employee engagement, and drive a high-performance culture across NoorCare’s network of healthcare facilities and Head office, whilst ensuring the company operates in accordance with the applicable laws & regulations and international HR best practices.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Support the development and implementation of NoorCare’s HR strategy / plans in line with the overall strategic objectives of the organisation whilst ensuring legal & regulatory compliance & alignment to HR best practices
  •  Support the development and implementation of the organisation structure, HR policies, procedures, and HR frameworks in compliance with the applicable statutory laws, regulatory standards, and best practice guidelines  
  •  Lead manpower planning and recruitment activities to ensure NoorCare is able to source and select the best talent
  •  Provide consultative support and subject matter advice to the management team on all HR related issues including employee relations and application of HR policies
  •  Lead talent management and development activities that support NoorCare in developing capability and retaining talent
  •  Develop and maintain C&B frameworks ensuring fairness & equity in its implementation and make recommendations for salary adjustments and/or merit-based Increments as per policy
  •  Conduct training needs analysis, develop training budgets and contribute to the sourcing and selection of 3rd party training vendors in line with the company’s procurement policies and processes 
  •  Train and coach line managers on people management issues to ensure productive employees relations are always maintained
  •  Drive a culture of high performance across NoorCare through consistent implementation of the annual performance management process
  •  Manage all aspects of day-to-day HR operations to ensure all HR activities are delivered in a cost-effective and timely manner e.g., payroll, leave management, etc.
  •  Conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations and ensure necessary measures are taken in lien with policy to avoid recurrence
  •  Lead planning and implementation of initiatives and activities that promote employee engagement across NoorCare
  •  Work with the IT department to digitize and automate HR processes
  • Set and communicate performance expectations to team members and provide coaching to the team to address development areas that will enhance individual and team performance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related disciplines. HR qualification of MBA preferred 
  •  Minimum of 6 years’ experience in HR with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role

      Proven experience in managing a small team

  •  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  •  Strong team player internal and cross functional teams

      The job holder must hold a valid driver’s licence and be able to travel to Noor Care  locations in central Punjab & Southern Punjab.
