Job Description: |
- We are looking for self-motivated, dynamic feild secretary to perform a wide range of Office Support Functions for the Office in Islamabad & chakwal and peshawar and keep the Office running smoothly and efficiently.
- Incumbent should have;Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Office Assistant reporting directly to senior management
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and fluency in English conversation
- Outstanding skills of drafting, noting and recording minutes of the meetings
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Proficient in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Prioritizing and multitasking approach with ability to work in stress environment
- Must have the hands on experience of Microsoft Office and other similar applications
- Responsible to maintain the confidentiality of the important record in hard and soft form
- Maintaining and scheduling the record of daily meetings
- Receiving and screening daily mails and incoming and outgoing calls
- Ready to perform any additional task if required
