Job Description:
  • We are looking for self-motivated, dynamic feild secretary to perform a wide range of Office Support Functions for the Office in Islamabad & chakwal and peshawar and keep the Office running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Incumbent should have;Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Office Assistant reporting directly to senior management
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and fluency in English conversation
  • Outstanding skills of drafting, noting and recording minutes of the meetings
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Proficient in collaboration and delegation of duties
  • Prioritizing and multitasking approach with ability to work in stress environment
  • Must have the hands on experience of Microsoft Office and other similar applications
  • Responsible to maintain the confidentiality of the important record in hard and soft form
  • Maintaining and scheduling the record of daily meetings
  • Receiving and screening daily mails and incoming and outgoing calls
  • Ready to perform any additional task if required
