| Job Description: |
Job holder will be responsible to deliver strategic projects. She / he will also be liable to ensure uptime of exchange environment based on his / her work experience of MS Exchange / AD Troubleshooting.
Responsibility:
- Maintain and manage complete Infrastructure including AD, Exchange, Server Hardware and Windows environment.
- Conduct daily health check of exchange servers (countrywide).
- Ensure basic AD administration including user and computer object management.
- Ensure administration of server virtualized environment including hardware resource monitoring, cleaning and upgrade.
- Update Windows or Linux Virtual Machines over Production or UAT environment.
- Ensure all Microsoft licenses, certificates, firmware Server warranties and maintenance agreements are valid and in place.
- Maintain day to day inventory of physical and virtual system.
- Responsible to take immediate necessary action against reported Infrastructure vulnerabilities or threats.
- Lead the team to support enterprise Windows environment.
- Ensure administration and management of Share Point, Office 365 and cloud services.
