Job Description:

Telus Network Private Limited is looking for Team Lead Call Center who is responsible to manage the team of agents. The ideal candidate would have excellent English fluency with convincing power and the ability to carry out a conversation with a target-oriented approach. The candidates who have worked as a Tele-sales Executive for Spectrum, Direct tv, AT&T, ADT, Vivant, Comcast or other Cable-TV-Internet, Phone based in the USA are more than welcome to apply.

Job Description:

  • Hands on experience on Leads generation, Rapports building and closing skills.
  • ready to work in night shifts on permanent basis 09:00pm -06:00am (Mon-Fri),Half Shift (Saturday)
  • Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered.
  • Helping and guiding sales agents in closing the sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Spectrum, DTV, Comcast or other Satellite/Cable/Internet service provider experience is required.
  • Responsible for the fulfillment of KPIs. Also, deliver monthly targets to associates.
  • Ensure that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt response and solutions to their challenges at all times
  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
  • Responsible to manage the Break Schedule,
  • Responsible to manage the Working Hours,
  • Responsible to manage the day to day activities of the team,
  • Responsible to motivate the team to achieve the goals,
