| Job Description: |
- Assisting Finance to ensure that all transactions are well documented and updated on accounting software.
- Keep and maintain all the books and records
- Support in dealing with Finance related transactions and Bank visits often.
- Maintaining records and data
- Reconcile financial discrepancies as they arise, after checking out the causes for the same.
- Preparing and entering financial data and updating records.
- Making financial reports that can help higher management in taking decisions.
- Ensuring the security of financial information and taking regular backups.
