We are looking to hire Customer Support Representative for our night shift office based position. Candidate will be responsible for:

•  Manage incoming phone calls of the international customers;
•  Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
•  Ensure to generate complaints to relevant department on timely manner;
•  Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
•  Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
•  Keep records of customer interactions;
•  Perform data analysis in MS Excel and relevant tools;
•  Handle multiple customer interaction platforms;

Note: Job timings will be from 12am-8am.
