Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
• Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing and sales departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
• Compiling reports on account progress, goals and forecasts for account teams & stakeholders
• Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each clients’ long term goals

Qualification & Requirements

• BBA or similar relevant field
• Experience in sales and customer services will be an advantage
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
• Aptitude in networking and building relationships 
• Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
