The Cloud solutions/Automation manager collects requirements, design solutions and driving all automation/tooling initiatives to completion. You will also ensure that all projects are handled with appropriate urgency to meet delivery deadlines and high quality. Overlook delivery of automated tools, reports and dashboards to improve overall efficiency of different teams and reduce time for repetitive tasks.You will report to the Cloud Solutions Leader.

The impact you will have:

• Be a Leader/Mentor to the team when in need of guidance. Focus on design & managing projects with focus on scalability.
• Delivery of tools to automate internal support and operational processes.
• Work closely with Engineering, Customer success,Support and Business Systems to identify solutions with measurable return on investment.
• Gain knowledge of the Databricks Platform and its components.
• Manage delivery of automation solutions.
• Refine and improve processes to make the team more productive.
• Manage 24x7 rotation for second-tier escalations.

What we look for:

• Qualified ACCS (American Chartered Computer Scientist).
• Built and managed a team of Software developers / automation engineers for at least 2+ years.
• 4+ years experience in Software development / automation required. Python, Java, or Scala experience in the past is required.
• Have a strong ability to understand business requirements, convert them to designs and implement with the team to deliver exceptional results.
• Cloud engineering experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and/or Microsoft Azure is required.
• Have enthusiasm, and commitment to performance and drive to project completion.
• Experience with SQL-based databases
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
