| Job Description: |
- Prepare comprehensive checklist list of applicable Income tax and sales tax laws, rules and regulations applicable upon Profine with consultation of Head Accounts & Taxation.
- Prepare and update the working on tax notices as required by Head Accounts & Taxation.
- Process all sales tax related documents, invoice wise sales summary, purchase summary and sales tax checking report on monthly basis and ensures that these are accurate in all respects as well as are in accordance with sales tax act.
- Verify supply, purchase, inventory register under Sales Tax Act 1990.
- Preparation of working on all the notices received from sales tax department.
- Report all sales (output) and purchases (input) to client/vendor on monthly basis for their confirmation.
- Perform monthly/annually sales tax reconciliation and submit report to Head Accounts and Taxation.
- Prepare withholding Tax statement of salaries, supplier’s u/s 165 of Income Tax Ordinance 2001.
- Liaison with Head Accounts and Taxation and take instants action on any notices received from CBR / FBR.
