- The individual should be able to demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills to initiate telephonic contact with prospective and existing clients in order to generate and boost sales.
- The cold-caller would also be required to convince even the toughest clients to purchase the firm's services and suggest ways in which the client's feedback can be utilized to improve future sales.
- The ideal candidates should have experience in cold-calling and sales generation.
- This job is for the services offered by an Accounting and Auditing firm hence the candidate should also possess reasonable knowledge of audit, accounting, taxation, laws and other such related services for which the telephonic calls shall be initiated.

COLD-CALLER RESPONSIBILITIES:
studying details of the services offered by the firm and remaining abreast of updates to the services offered,
Generate closing leads of accounting and audit clients, obtaining and keeping good records of the list of potential and new clients, calling active clients, initiating conversations and generating closing leads, addressing client's grievances, uncertainties and queries, timely suggestions and resolution of the issues identified, noting and keeping a record of important conversational details for future improvements, communication of verbal acceptance of the services offered to the relevant managers for further meetings (video/audio) for closure of leads meeting the set performance targets in the time frame specified
Attending team meetings on a regular basis to report on progress and performance-related expectations
