Job Role:
- We are looking for *Sales Development Engineer (Executive)* to be an integral part of JNJ Polymer Sales team.
- An incumbent must possess a degree of Polymer Engineering or BBA/MBA MKT, 1 to 2 years of sales experience (Manufacturing side) can apply confidently for this vacant position. Further
- Sales Development: sign up new business with an existing network of Commercial and Industrial customers.
- Identify, target, contact potential customers that fit the company
- Engage, promote and convince customers of the benefits of the product
- Support company-organized events and seminars with audiences of potential target customers
- Participate in trade events with a view to network and generate leads
- Making strategic decisions, inspiring teams to share their vision and support to reach a common goal, designing sales organization
