Job Opening:
Job responsibilities:
- Matching, batching and coding accounts Payable invoices
- Reconciling invoices received with internal reports to ensure no discrepancy
- Liaising with suppliers in the event of discrepancies
- Month end statement reconciliation
- Prepare weekly payment run
- Process month end journals
- Prepare weekly spend reports
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when required
- Only for female candidates (there is no male working in this company, all employees are female)
Preferred education:
- Graduate Degree in accounting or finance or commerce
- Job timing: 2 pm to 10 pm
