Sia Logistics is a fast-growing logistics company searching for an experienced professional to join our Accounting team as the Finance Manager. Sia Logistics has an office in Taxila, Punjab and is in the business of supplying construction aggregate to large construction companies across Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

• Overview and oversee the existing in-place manual accounting system.
• Ensure timely entries in QuickBooks on a daily basis, supported by daily, weekly and monthly reports, such as P&Ls and balance sheets.
• Provide timely reporting to third parties, including our raw material suppliers, transporters and customers
• Reconciliation of bank statements and customer accounts
• Create invoices for review by management and meet our client’s invoice submission deadlines
• Keeping track of administrative and operational expenses
• Suggest improvements to our manual system and integration with our digital accounting processes

Skills and Abilities Required:

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Preferred: MBA Finance/ ACCA / CA-Finalist/ CMA Finalist.
• Professional writing and speaking skills in English are required
• Deep understanding and expertise in QuickBooks Accounting software
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
• Strong analytical, data-gathering, and reporting skills.
• Extensive experience with Google Forms, Gmail, and G-Suite
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
