| Job Description: |
- Oversee Departmental operations
- Responsible for smooth functioning of the department
- Ensure maintenance of Store inventory / Stock
- Ensure Inventory balance to be verified with physical stocks
- Ensure supply of all kinds of store items
- Hold annual stock taking of company assets
- Transfer, condemnation and disposal of assets
- Regulate receipt and issuance of various stores/materials
- Ensure maintenance of up to date record of all company assets
- Ensure documentation and maintenance of record (Received and issued)
- Ensure record keeping in the Inventory Management System
