Job Description:
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of customer service department
  • Set work schedules and goals
  • Ensures customers’ satisfaction
  • Manage members’ applications / queries
  • Manage allotments / possessions
  • Ensure payment recoveries / verifications
  • Interact with customers’ for their queries
  • Resolve customers’ grievances
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning
  • Manage customer information material, i.e, maps, brochures etc
  • Respond members’ letters / emails
  • Visit sites for updates / pictorial presentation
  • Oversee Customer Support Team
  • Evaluate team members’ performance
