Job Description: |
- Supervise day-to-day operations of customer service department
- Set work schedules and goals
- Ensures customers’ satisfaction
- Manage members’ applications / queries
- Manage allotments / possessions
- Ensure payment recoveries / verifications
- Interact with customers’ for their queries
- Resolve customers’ grievances
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning
- Manage customer information material, i.e, maps, brochures etc
- Respond members’ letters / emails
- Visit sites for updates / pictorial presentation
- Oversee Customer Support Team
- Evaluate team members’ performance
