| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities;
- Meet and greet all visitors and clients in a welcoming manner
- Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, and referring help desk callers to appropriate personnel.
- Responsible for management, maintenance and upkeep of the front office / reception area – making sure it is clean and presentable at all times
- Assist in the Enrollment to Institutions for International Students and communications relating to Enrollments
- Maintain meeting booking schedules• Ad hoc administrative duties
To be successful, you will have a passion for customer service, and be seeking an opportunity to step into a corporate environment and sharpen your professional skills
You will be willing to learn, and have a 'can do' attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities.

- Previous experience working in a similar role within the education industry

- Good command in written and spoken English
