Mission 1 Achieve maximum target of data cleaning and data Analyzation.
Data Entry Analyst are responsible for:
- Liaise with Nutrition and District Officer on a daily basis to obtain accurate programme data;
- Check the quality of the data to be entered and inform immediate supervisor of any problems;
- Calculate the time needed for data entry and keep immediate supervisor informed of its progress on a daily basis;
- Enter the data taken from questionnaires and from all nutrition charts related to nutrition activities;
- Check the entered data;
- Compile beneficiaries information in accurate forms upon reception from field teams;
- Transmit the information to direct supervisor as soon as data is entered.
Objective 2: Data analysis:
- Ensure the cleaning of the data;
- Summarize the entered data in the form of reports as appropriate
- Present results in appropriate graphical forms (charts, graphs etc.)
- Develop elaborate statistical tables;
- Calculate nutrition programme performance indices
- Propose improvements on data collection tools.
Objective 3: File the data:
- File the questionnaires and computer data;
- Code the questionnaires and nutrition charts;
- Save the data entries regularly as well as the statistical results;
- Ensure regular (weekly) data back up
Objective 4: Reporting:
- Based on the data available, develop reports as require (e.g. for partner and programme);
- Perform other duties as assigned by the programme manager
- Archive data on the daily basis and report supervisors timely
Mission 5: Ensure compliance with ACFs gender equality, child protection sensitivity and Safeguarding policies this position is responsible for:
- Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender, Child Protection and other safeguarding policies
- Implement all work related activities with a gender, inclusion and child protection lens
- Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability
Specific skills needed to perform the function
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- Quality data punching and data cleaning skills and data analysis skills
- Proficiency in Sindhi.
- Ability to work independently as well as an effective team player
- Willing to participate.
- Previous experience in punching and data cleaning of multi sectoral questionnaires
- The capacity and willingness to be extremely flexible and accommodating in difficult and sometimes insecure working circumstances.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English language, and regional language(s) is mandatory.
- Advance use of MS Office complete suit.
- Minimum Graduation/preferable Post graduation
- Preference will be given to local candidates
