| Job Description: |
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage vouchers, invoices, and purchase orders and accordingly process payments
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure data integrity
- Monitor projects and expenses with budgets and prepare reports over it
- Maintain accurate fixed assets register and spare parts records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of spare parts inventory management is a plus.
