| Job Description: |
We are seeking for an Accounts Officer, who will be responsible for:
- Reporting to Senior Manager Finance
- Job costing & recording with relates to International Air & Ocean Freight.
- Receipts posting.
- Trade disbursements.
- Recording of accruals.
- Correspondence with international agents for invoices & S.O.A. reconciliation.
- Receivable report preparation and follow-up for recovery.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Monthly Profit or Loss statement preparation.
- Statutory Income tax & Sales tax withholding and monthly return filling.
- Fixed Assets register maintenance.
- Compliance of IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulatory requirements
- Dealing with Airlines for sales report submission.
Job Requirements:
- Education: B.Com or Above
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
