| Job Description: |
- Assist in network implementation.
- Configuring and managing Cisco network switches
- Provide network support with a variety of operating systems.
- Install and configure computer network.
- Maintain network connectivity of all computer workstations.
- Maintain workstation hardware, applications, services, and settings.
- Create technical support documentation for systems and applications.
- Maintain existing voip networks and computer systems users side.
- Troubleshooting applications network issues.
- Analyzing and upgrading network systems and protocols.
- Maintain network LAN WAN and users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar field.
- Minimum 06 months to 01 year of experience in similar field.
- Knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols.
- Knowledge of hardware systems including servers, memory modules, processors, and peripherals.
- Knowledge of network security systems and software.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
