| Job Description: |
- Handle client queries/requests for information.
- Co-ordinate with clients for the purposes of business development, determination of their expectations/requirements, monitor client satisfaction and obtain feedback.
- Visit the prospective clients and prepare marketing plan.
- Build relationship with key clients.
- Report significant findings of the meetings with clients to the Divisional Manager.
- Follow up clients in respect of the outstanding receivables.
- Carry out any other activity assigned by the Divisional Manage.
- Carry out Sampling, production follow up, e.mail correspondings, costing, procurement.
- Work on new developments of samples.
- Arrange lab testing upon buyer request.
