Our Client, a reknown Hospital is looking for an IT Manager cum Database Administrator to manage complete infrastructure and Oracle based software maintenance and management.
Basic description of the job is as under.
- As its a hospital, all systems need to be operational 24*7 throughout the year. Responsible and reliable IT experience and background is the basic requirement for this position.
- Monitor and track database and I/O activity for custom hospital management program build on Oracle Database;
- Advise on specific performance improvements for indexes and SQL access;
- Start up Oracle environments and apply PHL specific changes and PHL database;
- Provide special support activities related to database performance and establishment of new software environments;
- Perform data migration, using Oracle Enterprise Manager and/or Erwin;
- Perform SQL tuning;
- Develop protocols for data processing and create complex query definitions for data extraction;
- Install, troubleshoot and upgrade Oracle software.
- Aware of latest developments in Oracle environment especially APEX.
- Experience in HealthCare and Hospitals is a Plus.
