Bykea is looking for extremely capable product managers to define and execute the vision of the company. At Bykea you will be working among star engineers, designers and product managers in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, hybrid technology/operations environment. This position has following requirements.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience delivering highly successful and innovative consumer Internet products with your fingerprints all over them - you’re extremely proud of what you’ve accomplished.
- Experience of ticket manage tools like JIRA
- A computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent plus hands-on software engineering experience.
- Exceptional SQL and excel skills, with an understanding of data structures
- Natural ability to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Ability to design and implement experiments by determining key metrics, collecting key data and analyzing results
- Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level -- within teams, within the company, to users, to press, and other audiences.
- Experience leading post-launch optimizations including developing testing strategies.
- Ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple projects for stakeholders.
- Detail orientated with superior organizational skills -- balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you.
- A computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent plus hands-on software engineering experience.
- A never-ending desire to grow and learn.
- Be incredibly truth-seeking. Collect whatever data is necessary to inform product direction, whether in the form of rider behavior or other business metrics. Solicit and embrace critical feedback.
Technical understanding must go from the highest abstractions down to the metal. |
