Key Responsibilities:

• Build, monitor and optimize paid media brand content marketing campaigns (engagement, traffic, conversion) on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
• Develop targeting, budget, timing and platform optimization settings based on the content and its relation to the overall marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and creative team to provide content directives as they relate to platform, audience and format specific creative required to meet content KPIs.
• Build, optimize, maintain and grow our social audience segments from both paid and organic social activities.
• Monitor campaign pacing, maintain and update budgets to reflect projected and actual spend
• Provide detailed weekly reporting and analytics that can be shared with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy especially as it relates to the distribution of content
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years experience in running Facebook Ad campaigns (engagement, traffic, conversion).
• Experience in planning Ad strategies on social media.
• Experience in marketing/sales funnel development.
• Fluent in social media and associated culture.
• Well versed in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Excel, certifications preferred.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Strong Interpersonal skills including collaboration, communication, and customer focus.
