For managing our couple of full time projects, we need proactive person who can work on managing them in excellent way. Right now the running projects are not on large scale, so one can easily provide all project updates on regular basis with professional reports.

Essential Job Functions:

• Should have attitude of getting things done.


• Developing project plan and maintaining it throughout the project lifecycle. Use any project management tool for all projects.


• Managing multiple projects simultaneously with different teams.


• Ensuring appropriate administrative oversight of the Technical Specialists, including timely delivery of their outputs (timeline, gather information from the team, and figure out the budget and time).


• Submitting professional project status reports to higher management and keeping them informed on regular / weekly basis for all project progress and stand up meetings every day with the team.


• Facilitates meetings including project review sessions, executive updates, and sessions to resolve cross-functional issues.


• Manages requirements changes. Negotiates changes between business users and technical teams. Ensures all requirement changes are fully communicated.


• Should be able to develop all types of Project Management documents.


• Constantly check time variance, risks and conflicts during the project development and managing to raise the flag and take corrective actions.


• Fostering relationships with our clients and ensuring on demand availability in case of an emergency.

Skills:

• Good understanding of IT projects and previous experience in web/software industry.


• Ability to supervise a number of professionals from varying backgrounds and disciplines.
