| Job Description: |
- Hands on experience on YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Discover & implement matrices to measure the team's performance
- Follow Agile methodology for content generation process
- Set clear KPIs
- Streamline the user on boarding process
- Streamline content generation & content marketing processes
- Analyze the current processes & optimize them
- Calculate & maintain the ROI of the content department
- Brainstorm marketing campaigns & marketing communications strategies
- Develop a content-driven strategy
- Support other related departments to achieve their objectives
- Oversee the content generation process & ensure that the highest quality content is delivered on time on different social media platforms
- Manage & work with a dedicated team
- Hands on experience of all social media platforms
- Work closely with the team & help them with:
- Audios
- Website - articles, press releases
- Social media
- Blogs writing and its QA
- Videos
- Oversee content requirements & create content strategy deliverables across a project life cycle
- Further responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a content inventory & performing audit
- Content gap analysis
- Competitor analysis
- Implement & vet brand guidelines
- Idea/concept development
- Develop themes/messages/topics
- Establish workflow: People, ownership, roles, processes
- Short/long term content planning
- Content conversion & creation
