· Can take self-initiatives for promoting business through all available sources including social media, SEO/SEM, cold calling, emails etc.
· Create detailed digital marketing campaigns, and work with design and development team to execute using social media.
· Engage target audience of the Company, signups and ensuring active participation by them on website or social media.
· Ability to drive campaigns in collaboration with other departments.
· Ability to think out of box and brainstorm new and creative material to be used for business growth using social media.
· Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
· Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
· Respond to customer queries / comments received on Internet.
