| Job Description: |
- Having handsome & hand-on experience of ERP
- Having more than 6 years’ experience in the field of accounts & finance of manufacturing concerns business
- Coordinating and directing all relevant department for preparation of the budget & financial forecasts & report variance.
- Having understanding of tax ordinance, rule & submission of tax returns
- Develop & documents SOP’s and accounting policies.
- Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.
- Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, identifying trends; determining system improvements, implementing change.
- Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data, preparing special reports.
- Reviewing accounting controls by verifying a chart of accounts, defining accounting policies and procedures.
- Guides other departments by implementation of correct accounting policy as per IAS, IFRS
- Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Preparing monthly profit & loss.
- Properly closing every financial month in ERP
- Verify financial data accuracy, classification and rectification of wrong entries.
