· Strong follow-up and closing skills
Regular activities include:
· Making up-to 20 cold call for prospecting
· Generating leads by gathering market intelligence
· Strong Follow up via email, phone and Skype
· Resolving the clients query and providing them after sales services
· Upselling customers expressing interest through lead generation system
· Identifying new customers, sending proposals, pitching and closing sales
· Training customers on products as required and facilitating usage
