- Conduct needs assesment by collecting and analyze relevant data, categorizing commodities and confirming availability of funds.
- Verify and capture procurement source documents once approved, the order is timeously placed with the supplier, in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide support in the quotation process in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
