Align warehouse inventory with monthly dispatch plan at shop level. Allocation of new merchandise and new shops considering cluster retentions Replenishment of retained merchandise on basis of sale stock position within set retentions at style, color, size level Supervise activities regarding receiving, testing and shipping of products Issue instructions and provide routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated Undertake inter-shop transfers for swift liquidation Coordinate with field team to ascertain excess, shortage of inventory, identify dead stock |
