Resposibilities:

• Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement


• Manage the all activities of accounts and finance to meet the company overall business portfolio and budget


• Monthly financial and management reports


• Establish and maintain cash controls


• Prepare monthly financial statements and also prepare quarterly reports and report on variances


• Calculate miscellaneous deductions and maintain the record


• Manage the filing, storage and security of documents


• Understand and follow company rules and regulations.


• Perform all other duties as assigned and required


• Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger.


• Establish and maintain supplier accounts


• Processes supplier invoices
