| Job Description: |
· Responsible for achieving the sales / Recovery targets of the branch as assigned every month.
· Driving branch portfolio towards ENR Growth.
· Responsible for retaining delinquency as per branch standards.
· Responsible for maintaining the deposits and the ratio of CASA.
· Establishing strong relationships Internally with the Operation Managers /Relationship Managers and the sub ordinates.
· Building relationships with external vendors for all administrative and operational activities.
