Job Description

Responsibilities  

·         Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information

·         Document financial transactions by entering account information

·         Maintain purchase records

·         Petty cash handling

·         Compute taxes and prepare tax return, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc.

·         E-filing of Withholding Tax on Salaries/Suppliers, Sales Tax & Income Tax Returns

·         Keep information confidential and secure them with database backup

·         Completing regular (monthly, quarterly & annual) taxation reports

·         Liaise with internal and external auditors. Record keeping of all the tax withholdings & payments.

Skills and Requirements

·         Good knowledge of fundamental principles of Accounting and Finance

·         Proven working experience as an accountant or in a relevant field

·         Excellent accounting software user (Quick Books)

·         Computer literacy (MS Office)

·         Deadline oriented and has strong reporting skills

·         Data entry management and general math skills

·         Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

·         Ability to adapt and learn new technologies

• A Minimum of Graduation in Commerce/ Business Administration
