| Job Description: |
Manager HR strategy is required to help in the development of Company-wide HR Roadmap aligned with business; Highlight the leadership and organization development areas and propose best-practice models identified though external benchmarking; Suggest improvements in the quality of HR processes, policies and systems; provide support for implementation of strategic initiatives and monitor project execution as per the HR Roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake HR Market Intelligence & benchmarking
- Contribute in HR Strategic Planning Process, Strategy formulation & communication
- Monitor and assess the implementation of HR strategic initiatives through Balanced Scorecard
- Identify and recommend improvements in the quality of HR processes, policies, systems and structures
- Establish an internal communication strategy and ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees
- Design and implement strategic interventions to boost organizational effectiveness
- Actively participate in enhancing employee engagement and cultural transformation

Requirements
Qualification:BBA/ MBA(Hons.) in HRM/ any equivalent degree in HRM from a reputed Institute
Experience: At least 4-6 years of experience in the relevant field
Reports to: GM HR Strategy & Special Projects
