Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients across various industries via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
• Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or HubSpot to manage and qualify leads
• Understand and clearly communicate Markeltrees service offerings to prospects
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for the senior sales team
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect information
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaigns and outreach sequences
• Track outreach performance and continually optimize messaging for better conversion

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in a sales or business development role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
• Familiarity with outbound sales strategies, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with KPIs
• A genuine interest in technology, digital services, and helping clients find the right solutions
