| Job Description: |
- Responsible for managing all verification products and coordinating with supervisors and project coordinators to ensure that all verifications are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Interact with bank management by communicating with key stakeholders, building relationships, and understanding their needs and priorities.
- Coordinate with the IT team for developments and modifications to support verification and other services.
- Evaluate and test software solutions to ensure they meet the organization's needs and requirements.
- Monitor the progress of verification projects and other initiatives, and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to field supervisors and staff to ensure effective performance.
- Maintain quality standards and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with clients.
- Manage billing processes, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring timely updates.
