We’re looking for someone who can build projects from scratch, manage teams, and drive execution — with full command of the tools that make it all possible

What You’ll Do:

•  Launch and manage client projects across web, marketing, and virtual assistant services
• Be the execution engine — from onboarding to delivery
•  Lead and coordinate a small remote team (developers, designers, marketers)
• Handle client communication and help close deals
• Set up efficient workflows, tools, and systems (no micromanagement needed)
•   Stay proactive, organized, and fast-paced with multiple priorities

You’re a Fit If You:

• Have strong working knowledge of tools like:
•  Slack/Discord, Trello, Notion, Google Workspace
• Canva, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Grammarly
• Wix, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow (basic level is okay)
• Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email automation tools
• Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer
• Have agency or freelance experience
• Are great with systems, timelines, and follow-through
• Can manage both people and platforms without needing constant instruction

Bonus Points For:

•  Basic understanding of accounting or tax services
• Experience working with international clients
• Knowledge of AI tools and automation hack.
