We are looking for a Senior eBay Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team. This is an on-site, office-based position for a candidate with strong command of written English, proven experience in eBay customer service, and the ability to handle defect removals, negative feedback, and account health. The ideal candidate will also have solid skills in product research and scaling eBay operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage eBay messages and provide top-tier customer support

• Handle disputes, cases, and successfully remove defects and negative feedback

• Monitor and improve eBay account health and seller metrics

• Perform product research and suggest high-potential items for listing

• Assist in developing and executing strategies to scale the eBay store

• Collaborate with the team on listings, order processing, and optimization

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with eBay stores

• Strong understanding of eBay policies, seller standards, and best practices

• Excellent written English communication skills

• Ability to manage customers professionally and resolve issues tactfully

• Skilled in product research using tools like Zik Analytics, Terapeak, etc.

• Experience in account growth, promotions, and store performance optimization
