We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Agent to join our team.
Time : 12 hours
Shifts: 8AM to 8PM(Morning) , 8PM to 8 AM (Night Shift)
52000 Salary+ Bonus
- In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and efficient support through online chat platforms.
- Your goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, along with good computer knowledge.
