The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls and inbounds calls to prospective customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound & inbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments.

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

• Handle objections and close sales effectively.

• Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Maintain a positive, professional attitude during all customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects.

• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Intermediate / graduation
