Job Details:
- Correspondence with Overseas Suppliers (Order Placing, Shipments, etc.)
- Dealing with Banks (Foreign Remittances, Customs Duties, Pay Orders, etc.)
- Banking Trade Instruments (LCs, Bank Contracts, etc.)
- Import Operations (Shipping Documents, Insurance, Custom Clearances)
- Logistics (Dealing with Freight Forwarders, Local Transporters)
- FI & GDs Verification in PSW/WeBOC
- Shipments Costing, Import Stock Entry in ERP Software
- Any other duty assigned by the management
- Assist and coordinate in the Accounts Department in Sales Tax and Income Tax matters
